The room cleanliness left much to be desired. I discovered some hairs in the bathroom. The restaurant service was slow despite there not being many other diners. It took an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order. The menu prices did not align with the quality of food served.

i found the shuttle service prompt and reliable it made airport transfers easy. my room was spacious with a pleasant interior. i liked the huge bed and comfortable pillows it was perfect after my long journey.

the absence of shampoo or shower gel was a bit inconvenient. i noticed they hadn't cleaned the bathroom completely a few details were missed.

The shuttle was super convenient and quick. It really made getting to my early flight easy! i had a wonderful stay in the premier twin room it had everything i needed, complimentary water, wifi. tea and coffee. the room was also very clean and spacious. the early breakfast option starting at 3 am is a huge plus for us early birds!

The only slight issue? the hotel restaurant closed a bit early for my liking. I wish it stayed open a little later

The breakfast had a great selection of food (i loved the fresh pastries!). The shuttle service ran frequently. The room was clean and the bed proved VERY comfortable. The staff were friendly and cute.

This hotel is conveniently near the airport. i appreciated the free shuttle service for terminal 1. It took only 5-10 minutes (i had an early flight). the room had complimentary tea and coffee. the bathroom was great and the restaurant offered free water. I just had to bring my own bottle.

the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was uncomfortably warm. i would have appreciated a fan to help cool down the room.
